1.	PTM on 8th June , 2025 , Time – 11:00 AM ( Sunday ) 
2.	I hereby notify that all parents should deposit the school fees up to May, 2025 before the 8th of June, 2025. Admit Cards for Half Yearly Examination will be issued from 08/06/2025 to 10/06/2025. The amount of fees to be deposited can be known from the office clerks during office hours.

3.	It is advised to submit the Silver zone Olympiad form on this Sunday. 

4.	Uniform - It has come to our attention that few students have been wearing  improper uniform while on school time.  According to our School dress code policy, all students are required to wear the prescribed uniform to maintain a consistent appearance. 
With Logo items - School Shirt, Tie, Bag, Socks, T-Shirts will be provided from school.
Without Logo Items : Trousers , Skirts – students will collect these items from outside. Dark Blackish Navy Blue fabric is prescribed for Skirt and trousers. Trousers – We are allowing FULL TROUSERS ONLY FOR ALL CLASSES , SKIRT – Skirt length – Minimum 4 inch below knee ). We bought samples and asked a shop at Daulatpur ( Phone number – 9733043366 )  to supply the prescribed fabric. This dress material will be available on this SUNDAY at PTM. Parents may buy shirts and Navy blue fabric for students on this Sunday also. However, students may buy from outside also.
Sports Uniform will be supplied after Half Yearly Examination. Students need to book their sports uniform mentioning size verbally at school.
 
5.	Karate Fees Rs. 100 Per Month have to clear by or on 16th Jume, 2025. Late Admitted students will be counted from the date of Admission. Yearly one certificate will be given to all students. 
( You can pay Karate fees through Phonepay – 9832209227 OR if you want to pay the fees by cash deposit – pay on 16th June, 2025 – Don’t pay the karate fees to School Account )
